Moon Rock Weed Store Return Policy accepts any products returned within 8 working days notification from collection of the product as long as the reason belongs to one of the reasons below:
The product contains manufacturing defects
The product was damaged upon arrival
The product was wrong received
In an event where any of the above conditions apply; please contact us by email here [email protected] or call our customer service at phone +1 831 704 6884 and we will resolve the situation and arrange pick up of the goods for return.
In case of returned goods, you will be offered either replacement of goods or a 100% refund of the products returned. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to for the purchase.
No returns will be accepted after 8 days.
Until you have received return instructions from us please hold the products.


Your refund will be issued to the original method which was used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 29 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
No refund will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless product is faulty. Returns can only be honored if the product(s) in returned intact.
NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED! We are not offering free exchanges to any customers. If you wish to exchange to another item your order will need to be refunded. You are liable for all custom fees and charges.
All “Refund requests” must be sent over on email to ([email protected]) so that they are traceable. No refund can be accepted via the phone, live chat or website enquiry.
